Return Policy
At Lenna Brooklyn, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.
- Ordering products intentionally in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.
Return Process
1. Notify us of your return request via info@lennabrooklyn.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
3. You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
